New Client Information

Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check, credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted. Sessions range from $150-$165  for fully licensed therapists,  $80-$100 for graduate student interns or LPC-Associates/ LMFT-Associates. Fees for coaches are $75/session.  Negotiated rates available, as needed. 

Most clients desire to use self pay options in order to keep their mental health information separate from medical records. Emily is currently in-network with Aetna Behavioral Health Insurance (PPO only)  as well as several Employee Assistance programs. We are not in network with Medicaid/Medicare. With all other insurances,  she is considered an out-of-network provider. All graduate students/LPC-Associates and coaches are out-of-network providers.  We can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement for your sessions depending upon your specific insurance plan. It is the client's responsibility to check with the insurance company to make sure this option is available for his/her specific plan. Most insurance companies do not cover graduate students,  LPC-Associates? LMFT- Associates or life coaches. 

A free 10  min  phone consultation is available upon request to answer all your questions and to discuss counseling/coaching goals.  A deposit is required to hold your initial session  spot and will be forfeited by client if session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
